Terms of use and copyright

By listening to TwinEagles Radio or using twineaglesradio.net, the listener app or the embeddable player, you agree to these terms. They are written to be short and readable.
1. Listening
The stream is free for personal listening. You may link to it, use our embeddable player, and listen in a car, at home or at work. Please don't rebroadcast or record the stream to share, sell or republish it, and don't re-host it on another service.
2. What you post or send
Song requests, shout-outs, voice messages, chat, wall posts, Swap Shop listings, music submissions and anything else you send stay yours. By sending them you allow the station to use them on air, on the website, in the app and in station promotion, and to edit them for length or language. Only send what you have the right to share. If you submit music, you confirm that you own it or are authorised to let the station play it.
3. House rules
- No threats, harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, or illegal content.
- No spam, scams, or advertising someone else's business without permission (the Swap Shop is the place for personal sales).
- Don't pretend to be a DJ, staff member or someone else.
- Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, the stream or the app.
Staff and DJs may remove posts and block accounts that break these rules, without notice.
4. Copyright and takedown requests
We respect copyright. If you believe something on the website, in the app or in a replay infringes your copyright, send a notice to our copyright contact with:
- your name, address, phone number and email address;
- the work you believe is infringed;
- the page address or replay where it appears, so we can find it;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and
- your physical or electronic signature.

We remove or disable the material promptly and tell the person who posted it. If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice with the same details plus a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your area. Accounts that repeatedly post infringing material are closed.
5. Music, recordings and replays
The songs we play belong to their artists, songwriters and labels. Song information on the site is shown for your reference. To respect music licensing rules, we don't publish the exact time a song will play, and the player only names the next artist, never the next song. Replays of music shows may be shortened, or kept online for a limited time.
6. Sponsors, ads and links
Paid announcements on air are identified as sponsored ("presented by" or "brought to you by"). Ads on the website come from Google AdSense and are not endorsements. Links to other websites are for your convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
7. Contests
Every contest follows the official contest rules, plus any extra details shown with that contest.
8. No warranty
We work hard to keep the stream and the site running, but they are provided "as is". Weather, storm, closings, market and sports information is gathered from public sources and may be late or wrong; always check official sources in an emergency. To the extent the law allows, the station is not liable for losses that come from using, or being unable to use, the stream, the website or the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Nebraska.
