Official contest rules
Last updated October 13, 2026
These rules apply to every contest, sweepstakes and giveaway run by TwinEagles Radio on air, on the website or in the listener app, unless a contest's own details say otherwise. Those details (prize, entry dates and any extra conditions) form part of these rules.
1. Sponsor
Twin Eagles Broadcasting, Clarks, Nebraska ("the station"). When a business donates a prize, it is named with the contest as the prize provider.
2. Who can enter
- Legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older when they enter, unless the contest says a different age.
- Not eligible: station staff and DJs, prize providers' employees, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members of any of them.
- One win per household in any 30-day period, unless the contest says otherwise.
3. How to enter
Enter during the entry period shown with the contest, using the method it names: the "Enter to win" card in the listener app, a call to the studio when the DJ says so, or another free method described on air. Limit one entry per person per contest. Entries made with scripts, multiple identities or other tricks are void. Entries must include your name and a working phone number or email address.
Free alternative entry: if you can't use the app, email web@twineaglesradio.net with the contest name, your name and a phone number during the entry period. It counts the same as an app entry.
4. How the winner is picked
Unless the contest says it is "caller number X" or a skill contest, the winner is drawn at random from all eligible entries within 7 days after the entry period ends. The draw is made by the station's software and logged. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. Winner notification and claiming the prize
- We contact the winner by the phone number or email they entered. If we can't reach them within 7 days, or they don't claim the prize within 14 days, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn.
- Prizes may need to be picked up at a location named with the contest, or are mailed to a US address. A photo ID may be required.
- For any prize worth $600 or more, the winner must provide the tax information needed for an IRS Form 1099. All taxes are the winner's responsibility.
- Prizes can't be exchanged for cash or transferred. The station or the prize provider may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original is unavailable.
6. Publicity
By claiming a prize, the winner allows the station to announce their first name, last initial and town on air, on the website and in the app, without further payment, except where the law forbids it.
7. General conditions
- The station may cancel, change or suspend a contest if fraud, a technical failure or anything else beyond its control affects the contest, and may then draw from the eligible entries received before the problem.
- The station is not responsible for lost, late or garbled entries, or for problems with phone lines, networks or devices.
- By entering, entrants release the station and prize providers from claims arising from the contest or the prize, except where the law forbids it.
- The station's decisions are final. These rules are governed by the laws of Nebraska.
- Entry information is used as described in our privacy policy.
8. Winners list
For the name of a winner, email web@twineaglesradio.net within 60 days after the contest ends.
